Faerie Fantastical Parties offers quality character entertainment for your event!
Our characters travel far and wide bringing stories, games, dancing, singing, and lots of photo opportunities to your special day! All our performers have experience and enthusiasm for their work and all our costumes are professionally made to bring true magic to your party!

Current Rates and Packages
$150 for 1 character for an hour.
-Maximum of 10 children party
$250 for 2 characters for an hour.
-Maximum of 30 children party
$350 for 3 characters for an hour.
-Maximum of 45 children party
Do you have more children attending than the maximum for your character package? All our characters travel with an attendant for safety- however larger parties require more attendants, so there is an additional fee of $50 for every 10 children over the maximum. Our trained attendants help handle larger events and ensure the safety and ease of movement in the party for both the children and the performer. They can also handle professional photography and party organization in a smooth, seamless way that our performers cannot when they are in character.
Do you need more than 3 characters for your event? Do you need us for more than an hour?
We are always open to special requests and custom packages to suit your needs- just contact us and we'll see what we can do!
Terms and Conditions
We ask for a $50 downpayment on all our party bookings, at least 3 weeks in advance. Clients are asked to fill out a form when booking, which includes relevant information and downpayment. Clients have up to 7 days before the event to cancel their booking and get their downpayment refunded. *Availability of specific character(s) or perfomer(s) is based on bookings- please make sure to schedule well in advance!* If you need a character last minute for an event, you are welcome to inquire- however, we cannot promise availability. For last minute bookings payment is needed prior to the event, or upon arrival.
While we understand that parties are focused for the children- we ask that parents or adults stay present while the performers are on location. Sometimes children need assistance that performers aren't able to give- rowdy behavior or crying can happen in excitement at a parties and performers aren't always able help ease this. Many children are shy and having adults they know nearby can help them open up to having fun. Having a parent or adult present is always necessary and helps the party run smoothly. While our performers are well trained, in the event of an emergency having you present is extremely important. So please, stay and enjoy the event with your children.
While we put the quality and care of our customers and their children as our priority- we also care deeply for our performers. If a performer is in danger or feels unsafe they have the right to make the client aware and leave the event immediately. Depending on the circumstances of this termination, the client will be refunded their payment(s).
While our costumes and props are well made and durable, there have been instances in the past where guests at events have extremely damaged our property. We understand that accidents do occur (especially around children) however, if we find that a client is liable for damages to our property they will be billed. The same goes for our performers, in regards to their property.
